Blue River Rescue Stream Cleanup

Coming up in a couple weeks, members of EWB-KC will be participating in the annual Blue River Rescue volunteer event. This is a great event that helps keep the Blue River clean and free of trash.

Participating alongside us in the event will be Girl Scout Troop 1655. The girls originally got in contact with EWB to learn more about water quality issues around the world, and teaming up to participate in the Blue River Rescue is a great way for both groups to give back to the community.

Blue River Rescue sign-in will be at the Lakeside Nature Center at 8 am on April 7th. There's no limit to how many people can participate in the clean-up, so all are welcome to join! More details on the event can be found in the flyer below and on the EWB-KC Calendar.
